T-CAIREM is excited to announce the 2021 Student Trainee Rounds. This competitive seminar series will highlight innovative and outstanding research at the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and healthcare across the University of Toronto’s graduate and professional programs.
We are now accepting applications from graduate students across faculties as well as MD students. Selected students will be awarded the opportunity to present their research at Trainee Rounds. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your work to AI in healthcare leaders.
Student Trainee Rounds consist of a bi-monthly public seminar series with one-hour virtual presentations beginning in April 2021. Two students will be awarded per session and required to give a 20-minute presentation of their research, followed by 10 minutes for Q&A and discussion. The topic areas can include any research at the intersection of AI and medicine including (but not limited to): methodological research, translational clinical projects, education, data governance, health policy, health economics and ethics.
