Applications for the 2024 T-CAIREM AI in Medicine Summer Student Research Program are currently closed. There are 30 paid summer student positions available in 2024.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: December 15, 2023

T-CAIREM's annual paid summer research program introduces Canadian university students enrolled in undergraduate and professional programs (e.g., medicine) to AI in healthcare. The program encourages post-secondary students to leverage AI that improves clinical care and patient health.

Faculty Supervisors

Supervisors do not have to be affiliated with the University of Toronto to participate in this program,. Supervisors can be from any partner university in the T-CAIREM Network.

New for 2024: To give students and supervisors a chance to expand their network, supervisors not affiliated with the University of Toronto will mentor UofT students. UofT faculty members will guide non-UofT students from any Canadian university.
