The Health Data Nexus is T-CAIREM's unique online platform for health data that emphasizes patient privacy and security, provides transparent and speedy access, and simplifies data discovery and analysis.
We’re looking for promising datasets to host on our platform. There are several benefits for researchers who contribute data:

Dataset access follows a strict process including credentialing of researchers, training in research with human participants, and signing of a data-use agreement drafted according to specifications from the data contributor.

Data infrastructure is a core pillar of Artificial Intelligence (AI). In collaboration with our partners, T-CAIREM is establishing a dedicated data environment to facilitate research and education initiatives.
The sensitive nature of healthcare data requires special precautions, which are often outside an individual researcher's expertise. Our Infrastructure team has developed a safe, scalable and secure data environment that will create a foundation for innovative AI applications of the future.

The platform stores only de-identified data in order to protect individuals from identification. Strong encryption and careful data stewardship ensure the housed datasets can only be accessed by credentialed researchers who have undergone training in human subjects research.

In the past, accessing medical data has been challenging for researchers. In contrast, the requirements for data access on our platform will be made clear to researchers and the general public, empowering users from diverse disciplines to use the collected data for the public good.
