T-CAIREM experts present introduction to AI in medicine for Academic Half-Days
If you’re a UofT faculty or staff member interested in organizing an Academic Half-Day (AHD) for postgraduate medical students on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in medicine, contact us!
T-CAIREM offers introductory AI educational sessions for clinicians including basic terminology, model development vs. deployment, and how to appraise AI papers. Participants will also learn about specific AI applications tailored to their field of study. These AHD sessions are available at no cost and can be delivered either in-person or virtually.
About Academic Half-Days
T-CAIREM educational affiliates host AHD presentations, typically featuring a PowerPoint presentation, and can answer questions from AHD participants. Each presentation is customized depending on the audience's knowledge and experience of AI applications, terminology, experience, etc. and can range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes.
