My research lies at the intersection of nutrition and computer science. Motivated by critical challenges in nutrition, I leverage data science to create innovative solutions that enhance the understanding of nutrition and health. My vision is to integrate my clinical dietitian training with my expertise in data science and AI to advance nutrition through innovative, data-driven solutions. This also positions me to bridge these fields and understand how AI can advance nutritional sciences. During my research training, I developed advanced analytical tools and applied data synthesis techniques to uncover patterns and associations. I am committed to promoting reproducible science and knowledge translation by organizing and teaching in workshops aiming to engage health scientists in machine learning applications.
