Mehrdad Farahani

I am a general practitioner with experience in health care and clinical research. I aspire to become a stroke neurologist, and I have been working as a research analyst and methodologist at the Iranian Stroke Organization. I have recently enrolled in the Translational Research Program at UofT, and I am eager to work on the application of AI in stroke research and care. I firmly believe the future of health care and medicine is heavily dependent on AI as critical evidence for the care of patients grows each day, and we need reliable objective tools to choose the best path for our patients.
