I am currently the inaugural Research and Innovation Lead and Scholar in Residence at Sinai Health. In this role, I am leading the implementation of a strategic roadmap to advance the Science of Care by evolving nursing and health discipline scholarship, research and innovation across Sinai Health. I am a Senior Clinician Scientist with the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute and continue to evolve my research program on system performance and organizational learning.

I currently hold Associate Professor status with the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing and the Institute of of Health Policy Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto.

I am attracted to T-CAIREM to be part of a network that I can learn from and leverage to advance my research interests and my leadership role to build capacity and linkages within the AI, data science fields. I bring a wealth of experience as a nurse, health services researcher and implementation scientist to co-design, implement and evaluate QI and safety interventions locally, provincially, and nationally and am networked globally in these areas.
