Lauren Erdman is a PhD student in Computer Science at the University of Toronto and SickKids Hospital under the supervision of Anna Goldenberg. Her research is primarily focused on developing and applying machine learning (ML) methods for data integration and improved translational discovery in the areas of genetics, genome biology, complex disease, and more recently medical imaging. Lauren Erdman is also the manager of the Machine Learning Core at the SickKids Hospital Center for Computation Medicine where she facilitates collaboration and ML applications for real-world clinical problems.
