After completing medical school and a master’s degree in clinical research at the University of Michigan, Daniel Ehrmann went on to complete a categorical pediatrics residency (ABP diplomate 2017) and pediatric cardiology fellowship (ABP diplomate 2020) at the University of Colorado. He is currently a first year pediatric critical care fellow at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. His academic interests include the broad drive to make sense of dense physiologic data generated from critically ill children in a way that leads to actionable insights for clinicians and improved outcomes for patients. He is currently developing expertise as a clinical lead for applied machine learning and data visualization projects. He currently lives with his wife and daughter in Toronto.
