Member Directory Guidelines

T-CAIREM strives to bring together anyone interested in AI in medicine and facilitate research projects that can transform health. We're fortunate to have members from a range of disciplines who are at all levels of experience.

By joining T-CAIREM as a member and/or logging into the Member Directory, you are considered to be in agreement with these guidelines.

Be Kind and Courteous: Please treat everyone with respect and create a welcoming environment.

No Hate Speech or Bullying: Bullying of any kind is prohibited, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

No Promotions or Spam: Any use of personal contact information available through the Member Directory for commercial, advocacy, promotional, or political purposes is prohibited without previous approval of the admins.

Respect Everyone's Privacy: Please be mindful of the personal information of the members listed in the directory, including your own.

Keep Your Institution's Information Confidential: Please don't post any information that is confidential or proprietary to your institution without appropriate authorization.

Member Directory Privacy Policy

The personal information you provided in the member registration form and member directory will be used by T-CAIREM staff to review your membership eligibility for the T-CAIREM community.

It may take up to two weeks for T-CAIREM to review your application and you will be notified once it has been reviewed.

By registering as a member of the T-CAIREM, your personal information including name, institutional email address, and primary institutional affiliation will be available to approved users. Your data will not be sold or made available to any third parties.

By becoming a T-CAIREM member, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless T-CAIREM and the University of Toronto's directors and officers, employees, successors, assigns, legal representatives, organizers, sponsors, and supervisors of its activities from any and all claims, causes of actions and liability arising from or in any way connected with your participation with T-CAIREM or on the T-CAIREM Member Directory.
