Soaad Q. Hossain graduated from the University of Toronto, completing his studies in Statistical Machine Learning and Data Mining, Philosophy and Biomedical Ethics. In the past, he worked as an IT Project Manager at the University of St. Michael’s College and a Research Student in the Paediatric Neuroinflammatory Disorders Program at The Hospital for Sick Children. Currently, he works as an IT Program Manager, Corporate Technology for Intermedia.net, Inc., and as a Research Assistant under Dr. Syed Ishtiaque Ahmed in the Dynamic Graphic Projects lab within the Department of Computer Science at the University of Toronto. In addition, he also works as a Writer under Israa Nasir for Brown Girl Magazine.
