What attracts me to T-CAIREM is the emergence of AI in medicine and how this can shape the future. I have a strong background in infectious diseases and am interested in the way AI can help monitor and prevent infectious diseases outbreaks. I am also interested in AI and health systems. I have participated in the 99 AI program at UofT with trainees across different fields and can bring a young student perspective and I am very eager to learn more about medicine and AI.
