I am a practicing family physician dedicated to redesigning healthcare to make it more patient-centric and data driven. Ive worked in acute and community primary care settings for the past 10 years, and have been involved in the development of next generation health record platform (Collaborative Health Record) and virtual care systems, through a digital health called InputHealth. I also teach on topics associated with digital health, patient engagement and entrepreneurship at McMaster and the University of Toronto. Im currently dedicated to supporting the improvement of data collection and utilization in community-based practices in Canada, and in supporting change management both at the provincial and national levels.
