Coming from a background of software engineering, I've taken fascination of knowledge gained through data. I am passionate about applications of technology to solve social issues in healthcare, having recently travelled to Sierra Leone. I am interested in solving issues that stem from bias in AI and also micro-level non-communicable disease management through data science. I've already published a literature review of patient generated data analytics for managing diabetes (in preprint) and plan to reproduce my research into other non-communicable diseases. I believe T-CAIREM would allow me to network with like-minded professionals to solve such issues.
