Kieran Campbell

I am Principal Investigator & Scientist at the Lunenfeld Tanenbaum Research Institute and hold the Canada Research Chair in Machine Learning for Translational Biomedicine. I am also an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Molecular Genetics and Statistical Sciences, University of Toronto, and affiliate faculty at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research and Vector Institute. My group is broadly interested in machine learning approaches in cancer genomics, ensuring clinical machine learning approaches using sequencing data are robust, and AutoML approaches for biomedical data analysis.
