Fa-Hsuan Lin

I am a scientist working on the technical development of data acquisition and analysis of human neuroimaging. We specifically use magnetic resonance imaging, electroencephalography (EEG), and magnetoencephalography (MEG) to record neuronal activity. We seek strategies to modulate neural responses by transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and complex naturalistic audiovisual stimuli. 

Our research is particularly benefited by AI in suppressing artifacts in neuroimaging data (MRI and EEG/MEG), automating complex analysis (localizing electrode locations in invasive EEG recordings), and revealing the relationship between exogenous stimuli and endogenous neuronal and hemodynamic activity.
