Carey Toane (MA, MLIS) is Entrepreneurship Librarian at the Gerstein Science Information Centre at the University of Toronto Libraries, where she supports current and future U of T startups in their ventures. She headed up the U of T 99 AI Challenge in 2019-20, an open learning experiment for non-technical experts to understand the applications and implications of artificial intelligence.
