Andrew Haller, PhD - Founder and CEO of Phoenox Pharma - Andrew received his PhD in Molecular Pharmacology from Roswell Park Cancer Institute and worked as a post-doc at Princess Margaret's Cancer Institute for 3 years in the field of cancer stem cells, hypoxia, and metabolism before becoming discontented with the pace of scientific research. Andrew left the lab to join industry organizations in Toronto’s health innovation ecosystem which inspired him to commercialize a research idea from his post-doc.
