I am a postdoctoral fellow with Dr. Kieran Campbell in machine learning for genomics at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute, Sinai Health and a Postgraduate Affiliate at the Vector Institute. I received a CANSSI Ontario Top-up Award for Postdoctoral Fellows in Data Science. I completed a two-year postdoctoral training at the University of Toronto and Vector Institute working with Dr. Quaid Morris on machine learning for cancer genomics. I earned my PhD from the University of Edinburgh, where I developed robust statistical methods for genomics data analysis.
